Can you step into your darkness to find your light?

Being seen and heard is the greatest gifts one human and give another.

To have a safe place to bear one's soul, without judgement or to fulfill any agenda... Just pure centralized energy on you!

What's even more powerful is to try not to help each other! But instead, support each other to help ourselves.

It can be edgy to air your shit out online as I do, I don't recommend it for the weak at heart. But what I am passionate about is helping others find and live their OWN truths. Work towards the path that is meant for each of us.

I don't give advice or answers. It doesn't feel right, its my perspective and the other person has their own which I will never fully understand. I have my truths and they are for me and my part of the journey I'm on, they have theirs.

I have walls built up so that I can deflect the feeling of wanting to fix you, but my walls are clear so you can see me in the process. It looks like me, but really it's an image of yourself. It's a very deep process.

My coaching is NOT for everyone. If you are not willing to step into your shadows and face your fears, it's better to find some other way to nurse your wounds.

My purpose on this earth is strong, I'm here to be a guide, a shining light to help illuminate the darkness just enough for you to find yourself and your torch. Then I show you how to set the whole jail on fire.

The one that hid you, the one that consumed you. The one you built yourself, to keep the darkness out. But instead, all you did was seal it in.
